M.O.T.A. - Who Are We?
M.O.T.A. (Melbourne Occupational Therapy Associates) is a private practice dedicated to the support and service of children in need. M.O.T.A. was started in 1992 as the first full time private Occupational Therapy practice in Victoria and has since been developed into one of the most successful private practices in Victoria.

M.O.T.A. operates in North Carlton, Victoria offering Occupational Therapy services for children from birth to 18 years of age. The Occupational Therapists working at M.O.T.A. comprises of a number of therapists with high level skills and significant varied experience in the area of Occupational Therapy with children.

We also act as the Lead Agency for a consortium providing services through the FaHCSIA Helping Children with Autism and Better Start for Children with Disabilities programs. Together with Speech Pathologists working at Northern Speech Pathology and Psychologists Richard Eisenmajer and Sally Rigley from the Autism clinic (Helping Children with Autism program only), together with Physiotherapist Susan Rogers (for the Better Start program only) we are able to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to working with children who receive FaHCSIA funding. This relationship has also provided opportunities for greater multi-disciplinary communication and service provision for all of our clients.

M.O.T.A. is continually expanding its staff and areas/method of service provision and welcomes interest from other professionals wishing to join its team.
